What does a maintenance visit include?

A maintenance visit includes a full system health check covering all cameras, the NVR or DVR, cabling and connections. We clean camera lenses, check and update firmware, inspect hard drive health and recording status, verify remote access and mobile app connectivity, and test night vision and motion detection settings. You receive a written report after every visit detailing the condition of your system and any recommendations.

Can I upgrade my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade from Bronze to Silver or Silver to Gold at any time. The price difference is applied from your next billing date. Many customers start on Bronze and upgrade to Silver or Gold once they see the value of remote monitoring and faster response times. Downgrades are possible at the end of your current contract term.

Do you cover all of Northern Ireland?

Yes. We provide support and maintenance contracts across all of Northern Ireland including Belfast, Lisburn, Derry, Newry, Armagh, Omagh, Enniskillen, Coleraine, Ballymena and all rural areas. There are no additional travel charges within NI for scheduled contract visits.

What is the minimum contract term?

Our minimum contract term is 12 months, paid monthly by direct debit. After the initial 12 months, contracts roll on a monthly basis and can be cancelled with 30 days notice. We also offer a discounted rate for customers who prefer to pay annually upfront.

What if my system was installed by someone else?

We are happy to take on maintenance of CCTV systems installed by other companies. We carry out an initial assessment visit to check the condition and configuration of your system. If any issues are found, we provide a quote for remedial work before starting the contract. We support most major brands including Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview and others.
