3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated. Final pricing may vary based on site survey findings.

4. Installation Work

  • All work is carried out by trained engineers
  • We carry public liability insurance
  • Installation includes setup, configuration, and basic training
  • A 12-month warranty applies to all installations

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed at the point of quotation. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due on completion.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel an order before installation begins. Once work has commenced, cancellation fees may apply to cover materials and labour already expended.

7. Warranty and Liability

All equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty (typically 2-5 years). Our installation workmanship is warranted for 12 months. We are not liable for issues caused by third-party interference, power surges, or acts of nature.
